A Message from Carol
Cook Inlet Housing Authority teams up with other local housing providers to make stronger advances in affordable housing and a greater overall impact in Anchorage neighborhoods.

A Construction Update
With the official grand opening for Kenaitze Pointe just behind us, another 40-unit facility known as Tyonek Terrace is nearing 50 percent completion and is scheduled for occupancy on or about September 1, 2004.

It Takes a Village
Recent grant awards worth over $10 million, plus the time, dedication and shared vision of CIHA’s partners, provide great opportunities for the whole community.

CIHA Clients Stay Busy
It was another fun-filled quarter at Cook Inlet Housing Authority rental properties. From craft bazaars and photos with Santa to the highly anticipated annual Valentines Dance, there’s always something to look forward to.

Current Rental Openings
CIHA is currently filling vacancies at Strawberry Village Cottages in Anchorage and at Seldovia House, our elder apartment property in Seldovia. We are also accepting applications for Tyonek Terrace, which is scheduled for occupancy in September.
